These terms govern your use of brokerage.stratagengroup.com (the "Site"), operated by OfferStream Real Estate ("OfferStream", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about the OfferStream operating system for real estate brokerages and offers a self-serve Brokerage Operating System Assessment. Content on the Site describes a platform that is currently offered through a private pilot program. Features, availability, and pricing may change, and nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Any pilot participation or service engagement is governed by its own separate agreement.

The assessment produces scores and recommendations based entirely on the answers you provide. It is an informational self-evaluation tool, not an audit and not a promise of results. Calculators, examples, and comparison tables on the Site are illustrative and simplified. Your actual numbers depend on your market, your team, and how you operate. Verify anything material independently before acting on it.

OfferStream Real Estate is a technology platform. Nothing on the Site is legal, regulatory, brokerage, financial, tax, or real estate advice. Brokerage owners remain responsible for their own policies, supervision, licensing requirements, and regulatory obligations.

• Do not submit false, misleading, or automated form entries.
• Do not interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Site or its protections.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy Site content or the assessment.
• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site, including its content, design, branding, and the assessment questions, scoring, and recommendations, belongs to OfferStream or its licensors. You may use the Site and your assessment report for your own business evaluation. You may not republish, resell, or build competing materials from them without our written permission.

Third-party product and company names on the Site belong to their respective owners. References and comparisons are good-faith summaries for context, not endorsements, and third-party capabilities change over time.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OfferStream will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

We may update the Site and these terms. Updated terms take effect when posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
