This policy describes how OfferStream Real Estate ("OfferStream", "we", "us") handles information collected through brokerage.stratagengroup.com, including the Brokerage Operating System Assessment. This site is intended for business audiences: brokerage owners, managing brokers, and team leaders.

We collect the information you choose to submit through forms on this site:

• Demo requests and pilot applications: your name, email address, brokerage name, approximate team size, and any note you include.
• Assessment report unlock: your name, email address, phone number, brokerage name, team size, current CRM, region, and your biggest operational challenge, together with your assessment answers and the scores calculated from them.

The full assessment report is only delivered if you check the consent box on the report form. Submitting a form is always your choice.

Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, request time, and browser type) for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Forms on this site are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes browser signals to distinguish people from bots and operates under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Your assessment progress is saved in your browser's local storage so you can resume if the page reloads. That data stays on your device until you finish or restart the assessment, or clear your browser data. It is not sent to us until you submit.

• To prepare and deliver your assessment results and follow up on them.
• To evaluate fit for the pilot program.
• To operate, secure, and improve this site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: an email delivery service (Mailgun) to route form submissions to our team, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, and standard hosting infrastructure. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.

We keep submissions for as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. The simplest way is to reply to any email you receive from us, or to reach out through the contact form on this site. We will honor your request promptly.

This site is for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted clearly on this page.
